My name is Sean Fogarty and I am a designer based in New York, NY.  I'm currently working as a Senior Industrial Designer at Core Home, a rapidly growing houseware company.  I've studied both Graphic Design and Industrial design and have been actively practicing and growing my skill set for 8+ years.

I currently manage a team of 5 industrial designers focusing on managing their design development, product manufacturability, and project work load.  It has been important to me to create a collaborative and open design team while allowing each individual designer to fully own their work and carry it through production.

Additionally, I develop multiple products a year for Core Home across their multiple brands.  I work from the initial brief to create a compelling product through research, ideation, prototyping, CAD, and final production. I have brought dozens of products through production during my time at Core Home. 

​

Outside of work I love hands on activities including woodworking, metal working, snowboarding, hiking, and biking.
